Review: My experience with shien is usually very good and I qould always recommend. However I previously bought about 5 different swing suits as I wasn't sure which one to get, I tried 1 on (the one I thought I liked the most) and it was perfect so I new I didn't need the rest, I never took them out the bag I never even opened the bag, didn't see the need to try them on. I sent them back and shien refused to refund me saying the plastic piece in the underwear was missing and they would only send me a refund if I took a picture of the product without this plastic tape.. I told them I havnt got a picture and I didn't even open the package I sent it back within an hour of receiving the parcel. They refused to send the stuff back or refund me. So I've lost alot of confidence and respect for shien. I'm someone who orders weekly, for myself my kids, presents, general household things, parties, animals you name it I order alot, and they see me as a good customer yet they do this ...
